What is Tetris?

How to Play

  1. Press 'Start Game' to begin - tetrominoes will start falling from the top
  2. Use Left/Right arrow keys to move pieces horizontally
  3. Press Up arrow to rotate pieces clockwise (with wall kicks)
  4. Press Down arrow for soft drop (faster falling)
  5. Press Space for hard drop (instant placement)
  6. Press C to hold the current piece for later use
  7. Complete horizontal lines to clear them and earn points
  8. Clear 4 lines at once (Tetris) for maximum points!
  9. Level up every 10 lines - pieces fall faster
  10. Game ends when pieces stack to the top
