Client-Side Processing: All tool operations (conversions, calculations, file processing, AI analysis) happen entirely in your browser using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Your files and data never leave your device - there are no file uploads to our servers. This ensures maximum privacy and security for your sensitive information.

While tools process data locally, we collect limited technical information to operate and improve our service:

2.1. Automatically Collected:

  • Usage Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous data about page visits, tool usage patterns, browser type, and device information. This helps us understand which tools are most popular and improve user experience.
  • Error Logs: When JavaScript errors occur, we log error messages, page URLs, line/column numbers, and stack traces. These logs are stored for 30 days to help us identify and fix bugs.
  • Server Analytics: We parse server logs periodically to track tool page visits (excluding general pages) for internal analytics.
2.2. Voluntarily Provided:
  • Feedback Submissions: When you submit feedback through our feedback modal, we collect your message, timestamp, page URL, page name, and email address (if you choose to provide it). Feedback is stored monthly in organized logs.
  • Tool Suggestions: When you suggest new tools, we collect your description, category preference, and optional email address for follow-up.

3. Browser Storage

We use localStorage (not cookies) to remember your preferences:

  • Theme preference (Light/Dark/Auto mode)

This data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. Our service works gracefully even if localStorage is unavailable (privacy mode).

5.2. Social Media Proxies: Some tools (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Douyin downloaders) use our server-side proxy APIs to fetch public data from social platforms on your behalf. These requests are logged but do not store your personal information.

5.3. CDN Services: We load libraries from jsDelivr and other CDN providers. These services may log requests according to their privacy policies.

5.4. Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare for cache management and performance optimization. Cloudflare may process technical data according to their Privacy Policy.

5.5. External Links: Our website contains links to third-party websites (e.g., lnk.ink shortener, Facebook). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

6. Data Retention

  • Error Logs: Automatically deleted after 30 days
  • Feedback Submissions: Stored indefinitely, organized by month
  • Analytics Data: Retained according to Google Analytics settings
  • Server Logs: Retained for operational purposes

  • .htaccess protection blocking access to sensitive files (.git, .env, configuration files)
